Lake Wales, FL – Karey Lewis, social worker, was named employee of the Month for April at Lake Wales Medical Center. Lewis, who has worked at the hospital since early 2016, was recognized for always going above and beyond to provide great care for patients and to support other hospital staff.
Here is what her coworkers said about Karey: “She ensures that the patients have what they need during their stay and are prepared for discharge. She offers assistance without hesitation and often without being asked. She is very committed and dedicated to the patients. She is always a team player, always willing to help, always has a positive attitude that is contagious and most importantly always has a “get it done” attitude. Anytime Karey is involved with a process, there is no doubt that what needs to be done, will be done and done superiorly!”
