Sheriff Grady Judd and the Winter Haven Police Department Deputy Chief Vance Monroe will brief the media at 11:30 a.m. this morning – Friday, March 8, 2024 – at the PCSO Sheriff’s Operations Center in Winter Haven, about the arrest of a registered sex offender from Brevard County who has been lurking around the Winter Haven area, approaching children and exposing himself. So far he has been charged with attempted kidnapping, lewd and lascivious exhibition, and indecent exposure.
