Davenport, Florida – The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting that a 61 Yr Old Bicyclist was struck and killed in Davenport.
Around 7:15am early Friday morning. A Wright Tree Service truck with a utility trailer, was traveling eastbound in the driveway at St. Charles Plaza on 39883 US-27. As the truck turned left into the parking lot, the truck collided with a bicyclist traveling in the crosswalk of the driveway and came to final rest. The bicyclist, 61 Yr old male, suffered fatal injuries at the scene of the crash.
