Empowered Master’s Commission Hosting Virtual Run
EMC is hosting a virtual 5, 10, or 15 K to be completed from 8 AM – 12PM on Nov. 18th (anywhere your want) in your own way!
Ex: a treadmill, around a lake, around your street, up and down the sidewalkes, etc.

Because it is a “virtual” run, you simply submit your time on the website after you complete your distance. You will receive a tshirt for each participant and medal for category winners!
The purpose of this run is to raise funds for EMC and keep tuition as low as possible for our students. Please consider being a part of this event or making a donation towards these incredible ladies.
