On December 25, 2023, at approximately 0450 hours, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office responded to Café Lungo located at 3626 Vineland Road, Kissimmee Florida to a report of a shooting.
When deputies arrived on the scene they located the victim, Terrell Williams was deceased at the location. This is an active investigation as detectives are working with the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause of death.
At this moment it appears to be an isolated incident.
