DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO VOTE IS OCTOBER 18TH
Polk County residents who are not registered to vote have until October 18th to submit their completed registration form. There are several ways to register:
- Register online: Print and mail your application (must be postmarked by October 18th)
- Pick up an application: Click here to find a location near you to pick up a form to mail in (must be postmarked by October 18th)
- Register in Person: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm daily
