*FRIENDLY REMINDER* Bartow Police will begin enforcing the new Parking Ordinance. Changes include an increase in fines from $5 to $20, and an increase in the fine for illegally parking in handicapped designated spaces from $100 to $250. In addition, parking is now prohibited on all unimproved vacant property, both public and private, unless property permitted as a parking lot.
