Sheriff Grady Judd was on the scene of domestic-related homicide in southeast Winter Haven this morning.
21-year-old Kyle Raemisch is in custody and is being charged with murder.
PCSO received a 911 call from the suspect at 10:18 a.m. this morning (Sunday, July 31, 2022). He has confessed to killing a family member.
