Due to the potential impact of Hurricane Matthew, Polk State College will close at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, and will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 10.
All classes and activities will be cancelled during these times.
Any updates will be issued via institutional email accounts, polk.edu, and social media. Students are encouraged to refer to Polk County Emergency Management for information on preparing for severe weather.
