Officer/K9 Team Take Home Awards In Regional Police Dog Competition
LAKE WALES – The Team of Officer Dale Hampton and Lake Wales PD K9 “Badge” recently took home a string of awards in the United States Police Canine Association Regional competition in Gulf Breeze.
Competing with teams from across the state during the week of Feb. 26 through March 3, the Hampton/Badge team won first place in Obedience, first place in Inter-Department Team, second place in Agility, second place in Narcotics Building Search, and fifth place in Overall Apprehension.
