Auburndale, Florida – Auburndale Police were dispatched to a disturbance at 3042 Timothy Dr. Apt. B at about 12:30am Wednesday, 5/8/2013. While officer were enroute to the scene, dispatch advised officers there had been a stabbing at the location. The domestic disturbance involved the residence, Yadiel O’Neille Mojica-Colon H/M 11/21/1991 of Timothy Dr. Apt B and his live in 17 year old girlfriend. Mojica-Colon pushed down his girlfriend during the disturbance, she was not injured. Stambaugh Middle School Bomb Threat This Morning
Auburndale, Florida – Police officers from Auburndale & members of the PCSO were at Stambaugh Middle School this morning after a bomb threat. According to Auburndale police Operations Commander Thrashy Tucker a hand written note was found in a bathroom. The school was searched and nothing was found. Tucker would also say that after all that has transpired recently that every threat is taken seriously. The police are actively investigation who may have written and placed the letter in the bathroom.

Winter Haven, Florida – Winter Haven Police have arrested Antonio Demetrius Neal (DOB 8-2-67, LNA 1610 3rd St. NW, Winter Haven) on Attempted Second Degree Murder charges after a tip led them to a location in Auburndale. Auburndale, Florida – At 7:46 pm, on Friday, May 3, 2013, deputies responded to 3921 Owens Road, Auburndale and made contact with one of the residents, Randall Keith Huggins, DOB 12/31/1963. Deputies told Huggins they had received information about possible drug activity and Huggins agreed to allow deputies to search the property. While waiting on Huggins to secure loose dogs seen on the property, Bernice Mae Walskey, DOB 10/23/1957, arrived. Walskey also denied having drugs on the property. Auburndale, Florida – At approximately 2:40 am, on Thursday, May 2, 2013, 27-year-old Jack Edmund Darley Jr., DOB 08/12/1985, of 4th Street Polk City, was traveling southbound on Berkley Road approaching Gapway Road in a white, 1995 Chevrolet Blazer when for unknown reasons, Darley lost control and started to slide sideways while negotiating the curve. Auburndale, Florida – According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office 44-year-old Randall Scott Miller (4/9/1969) is wanted for allegedly shooting his girlfriend. According to reports Miller shot his 52-year-old girlfriend Micki Pickern three times last evening (April 16, 2013) around 7:30 p.m. in the area of Lake Van Road and CCR 559 in Auburndale.
