12th Annual Run for Child Abuse Prevention set for April 23 At McLaughlin
Lake Wales, Florida – Support Child Abuse Prevention Month at the 12th Annual Pinwheels for Prevention Run on Sat., April 23 at 9 a.m. Formerly called the Blue Ribbon Run, the FREE event is held each April to raise awareness about Child Abuse Prevention Month. Children in kindergarten through fifth grades are invited to take part in various running events. The first 100 children to register will receive a free t-shirt, and trophies will be awarded to the top three boys and girls in each grade level.
