Winter Haven, Florida – According to a the PCSO, Austin Taylor (19) and Zachary Harvey (19) were arguing in the pre-dawn hours of Feb 19, 2013 at a location on Executive Road in Winter Haven. The argument allegedly escalated into a physical altercation and Harvey attempted to strike Taylor, and Taylor grabbed a tire iron from the back of a nearby pickup truck and struck Harvey.
