LWHS Tyler Nobles Signs Scholarship with Webber

Lake Wales Senior Tyler Nobles Headed To Webber

Lake Wales High cross country and track athlete Tyler Nobles accepted a scholarship with Webber International University during a ceremony Thursday (April 26) at the school.

During the fall cross country season, Nobles ran the 5k; during the spring track season, he runs the mile and 2-mile distances.

The WIU Warriors compete in the Sun Conference of the NAIA, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, the governing body for about 350 small-college athletics programs. Other Sun Conference schools include Warner University, Southeastern University, South Carolina Beaufort and Embry-Riddle.
