Authorities are responding to an “active shooter” incident with casualties at Ft. Hood, the scene of a 2009 attack that left 13 dead, the Bell County Sheriff’s Office says. It was not immediately clear if there was one shooter or multiple suspects, and there was no immediate information on the extent of any injuries. “There has been a shooting at Fort Hood and injuries are reported,” the base said in a press release. “Emergency crews are on the scene. Lake Wales, Florida – On Friday March 28, 2014 Lake Wales Police responded to JC Penney’s at Eagle Ridge Mall (501 Eagle Ridge Drive) in reference to a Grand Theft by an employee. A Loss Prevention Associate alleged that salon employee Ciarica Monique Streeter, over several transactions, stole $605.00 in US currency. The incidents were reportedly captured on video.
