Lake Wales, Florida – From Tuesday, October 14th through Thursday, October 16th, 2014, County Sheriff’s Computer Crimes detectives served search warrants and made 6 arrests during an undercover investigation focusing on the promotion, possession, and distribution of child pornography. A search warrant was executed at 641 Sunway Lane in Winter Haven, the home of John Nowakowski (DOB 12/16/1971). During an on-scene preview of Nowakowski’s computer, detectives observed at least 40 images depicting child pornography. He was arrested and charged with 40 counts Possession of Child Pornography.
