  Haines City, Florida – The Haines City Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing juvenile, Brandon Baldeo. Brandon, age 15, was reported missing by his mother, Susan Baldeo, on March 22, 2014. Ms. Baldeo states that her son left the residence on March 21, 2014 in the early morning hours and she last saw him walking to his bus stop near Rona Lane in Davenport. Davenport, Florida – At approximately 12:48 am, on Monday, March 03, 2014, Davenport and Haines City Police were investigating a suspicious person on US 17/92 and North Boulevard, Davenport. As they were conducting their investigation, a white Nissan Altima, driven by 49-year-old Karen Reynolds Johnson, DOB 03/13/1964, Louisiana Avenue, St. Cloud, passed them at a high rate of speed, traveling southbound on US 17/92.     Polk County residents can safely dispose of household hazardous waste and electronic equipment for no additional cost during a collection event hosted by Polk County’s Waste & Recycling Division and the City of Haines City. The collection will take place 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 8 at the Public Works Utility Complex, 300 N. 5th Street in Haines City.  Household hazardous materials accepted during the event include: cleaners, polishes, solvents, automotive products, aerosol cans, insecticides, disinfectants, paint products, batteries and pool chemicals.
