Haines City, Florida – On January 21, 2014 at approximately 0015 hours, a report was taken regarding a possible Home Invasion style Robbery. The incident occurred at an Avenue I address in Haines City, Florida. The 86 year old victim advised that he answered a knock at thedoor and when he opened the door he was struck and knocked unconscious. Strouse DOB 10/06/1965,  Windsong Avenue, Davenport, was observed on the east side of U.S. 27 at La Casa Del Sol Boulevard. Strouse ran west across the northbound lanes of U.S. 27 and into the center lane of southbound U.S. 27, where he stopped.
