Woman suspected of ingesting crack cocaine dies at Bartow Regional Medical Center   On Tuesday, December 16, Polk County Sheriff’s Office deputies made contact with the residents at 937 Lindus Park Road, Babson Park, in reference to a narcotics complaint. The detectives made contact with Walter Dukes, who was confirmed to be on felony probation for possession of crack cocaine; Stuart Lamphear; Walter Dukes III; and April Rollison.  All four were taken into custody for drug and drug paraphernalia charges based upon crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia having been found at the home.  All of the suspects were transported to the…
